Hi All,

We’ve added a gallery of photos of various AFVs and Artillery on display around Fort Bragg, NC. Included are the group of AFVs near the NCO Academy - M60A0, M110A2 SN 272, M42 Duster SN 1597, and M114 SN 605.

Hey VB,

Great pictures as always. The SN for the M60 is not correct but an understandable mistake. Looking at the other images you took she is a very early M60 and was initially equipped with the Crouse-Hinds searchlight system. The additional brackets below the the turret blower searchlight stowage brackets indicate that. The serial number is from an M60A1. The back deck being not original. You see this from time to time. Many units had a mix of M60 and M60A1 for a while and decks on occasion got swapped out.
