ID Assistance and new AFV location in Macon, GA
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. Hi Guys,

While working on updating my GPS files to reflect the changes in US AFV register V4, I stumbled across this 'new to me' artillery piece and M48 in Macon, GA at 433 Shurling Drive, Macon, GA 31211. Michel had linked this locations' GPS coordinates with a different location, also in Macon (1030 Shurling Dr, Macon, GA 31211) and also on the same street, so I expected to see the vehicles we had actually photographed back in 2010 and was surprised to see NEW stuff at a different location! Yippee!

What is this German WWII Artillery Piece?

Shouldn't that be at Fort Sill? What is a rare German Arty piece doing in front of a motorpool?
