Just a guess,
Torsion bar suspension, five arms per side, larger gap between #3 and #4 position. I believe it's what's left of a T62 or family member there of. No sure if they had a bulge under the front like this one but I've never really paid much attention to the underside.

I am a bit confused - there are typical fittings for dozer blade (front part of belly armour) and the shape of final transfer domes...
Escape hatch is in the centre,...
This does not look like a T-62 belly, there is something missing... there are not five but six TB per side!!! This MUST BE T-80 belly...or T-72 at least.
