It was hard as hell taking shots of the cars going by at 200mph with my pos camera, (i need a SLR) Sad

but these are some of the better ones.... we drove down in the dad's yellow vette vert.. 6 1/2 hours with the top down gave me some vicious sunburn. Took forever to get back on the freeway after the race..

the pace car was a CLK AMG, as fast if not faster than some of the porsche cup car's that raced before the F1 cars' it sounded absolutely SICK.

What did you think of the race itself?
Looked a bit tame on our TV coverage, but still good fun.
Apparently there's some question of Indy being used as part of the F1 tour for much longer (?).
Dunno how true that is though.
F1 is all about rumour, if anything.

I heard that rumor too... I hope not because indy is only a 6 hr drive or so for me. But only 6 cars ran last year because of tires, only 9 finished this time because of wrecks and break downs.

Ferrari dominated the race, hands down. Very little passing because of how bad schumacher spanked renault this race... It was still fun, and I'll definatly be going again next year if there's a race there.

I hate, hate, hate, to admit it but.... I can't do it, I can't say it... demmit!
Okay, okay.... Germany has the best F1 driver, ever.

I hope you will see Schumacher there next year. Everyone's saying he won't be. Will be the worst thing to have hit F1 for years, if he does quit.

It was equipped by IBM, so a full overall would have been strongly adviceable before forcing it into a service-race, isn't it?
