Just a few shots (well, okay, like, ten) from last night's festivities....another great turnout, good people, excellent fightin', a new member, a bit o'fun and even a deferred sqaud match...just about everything a fun night pughta include!!!

Hunt and I ready for trouble in a new room, waiting on some 'customers' to arrive...



...which didn't take long, and JG300-WilliFokk obliged the allied side with his help - here he is tryin' to fake me out with a fake split-S which I faked by not faking....I think?



...Willy gettin' the better of me in a head-on pass.....



...and me gettin' the better of Willy on the next one......



...after a few of those and runnin' out of ammo, I said the heck with it and just used the prop as a weapon just to be sure.....no part of the animal shall be wasted!



And with 5 Sau's in the skies the action was pretty hot!!!





We'd been on the lookout for Echo4Papa for a while and ran into him, and made him the ol' offer...here he is greasing on his last landing as he passes his entrance exam....



...and the obligatory voting process, opinions were unanimous on his entrance!!!



Wrapped it all up nice and tight with a River Race.....and as usual the action didn't dissapoint! Hunt takes the win after falling back in the pack, Willy went in the drink at the turnaround, Echo got a prop stike when a duck came up outta the water in front of him, and yours truly rubbed paint with tragic results on the backstretch...and an exciting photo-finish with Hunt nosing the win!



Don't know what happened after that but man, had an excellent time, and THANKS to everyone for a great night!

Man, talk about a lot of fun last night, hopefully a bit of that will carry on tonight!

That river race was a blast. I skunked a wrong turn for the second time in a night. Managed to burn some WEP and catch up at the turn around. I got that turn about mastered and was able to keep up. I almost caught a piece of Stoopy's wing as he exploded right in front of me. Definately a CLOSE finish - about 100m apart at the end. Nice flying by Hoppa!! I thought I was about to nuke my engines with some fumes on WEP left and lose it, but she held out a few hundred meters past the finish line before they dumped on me!

I have some great pics of the welcoming in salute I'll toss up here in a bit, and a couple of some VERY close, wing rubbin flying with Stoopy and Hoppa and I on the last race.

After you left, Exos threw up a room with a total of 6 Saus. We got a great game goin for a little while. Was good to talk to Exos again after so long. From what he was sayin, school is goin great for him, just a lot of work that keeps him busy.

Exos - Hopefully you get a chance to drop in here sometime and give us an update!

Definately a lot of fun was had that night.

Too bad Hunt is gone for a spell, and it's a "school night" for me all this week, but Friday at about 9 PM EST I'm plannin on hosting another round!
