I got my copy. The photos are very nice and large. Just one typo/error. Pages 8 and 9 are an RV, not an ICV (bottom of page 9 is an ICV though). You can tell since the smoke dischargers are on the roof. The ICVs have their smoke dischargers on the RWS. Since the RV does not have an RWS theirs are on the roof and hull front.

The captions could be a little more descriptive, but the great photos make up for this. The slat details photos are outstanding.

Paul, I don't think there is a need to let the authors know. I think it was just an error in putting pages 8 and 9 together.
