O/T but just "plane" nuts
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Could this be a R/C plane like the humongous B-52 they built, flew and crashed? There's also a C-17, and some guy here in Germany regularly builds large airliners with real jet engines...

It looks like a KC-135 Since they seem to know it's coming I think it is probably a regular low level training route

Agree it looks like a KC-135...it definitely is NOT a 747 as the video is labeled. Might be a low-level training route, but that was not "authorized". It was a dumb manuver to judge by the right wing/engine nacelle clearance. This sort of stuff made Bud Holland (in)famous.

Something's missing. The sound of those jet engines. It would be overwhelming at that distance.

I've seen a still photo in a magazine (probably Air International) of what is likely the same flyby. The a/c was VERY low. IIRC it was a VC-137 or something else a bit out of the ordinary, not a regular KC-135.
