anyone having a problem getting the new world gaming center update to work? i keep getting a Unable to load DLL 'cdromfw.dll' i know our resident rodent probably has a solution to the problem

Nope, I gave up goin.
Coulcn't get me stick to work anyway and then realised there was never anyone there anyway.

This should make the rodent happy, I'm having the same problem trigger, that dll won't load for me either. Can't get in. If I find a solution I will post it here. That skwirrel ain't trying to get in there, he knows I'll be waiting for him...lol

I found this on the CFS2 Flightdeck site posted by VF7_Sandman:

First off, Go to your Windows Control Panel. Click your Start Button----Settings---Control Panel. Select Add Remove Programs, find the WGC CDROM and remove it. If you have two of them from installing the new 1349 client remove them BOTH.

Download the Microsoft SP1 UPDATE
Download the 1.3.4.9 CD Rom Client

Install the SP1 Update and reboot your computer, SP1 will run quickly and appear not to do anything. Reboot you computer after you see no activity.

After the reboot install the 1.3.4.9 CD ROM Client

This will allow you to play in the WGC CD ROM lobby.

Haven't tried it yet, but Ol Salt had and said it worked..Hope this helps..now where's that skwirrel?

Yep Trigger, tried that and it works!!! Do the SP1 update 1st AFTER add/remove and then the reinstall of the cdrom client just like it says and you're back in business..
