..Normandy and Holland. Com-Central membership comes through and we make CBS news.

Two members here collaborated and got the items back to the rightful owner...delivering the mail 65 years after the fact. Be sure to watch the video. Don't know how long it will be up.

I'll try to write up something about the episode later and post some of the items, but for now....

It was with a lot of emotion that I saw the letters I guarded for such a long time now, at last , in the hands of the man they were mailed to. With Doug's help I hope we made this Veteran's Day a very special one for Mr. Turk and his family.

Hans was the concientious "caretaker" of those materials for many years. I was just the detective and conduit for their safe return. Never dreamed it would turn out like it did, though. Very gratifying.
