Panzerjager Bren 731 (?)
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Panzerjager Bren 731 (?)

Hey all

I have a friend who has aquired a T16 Universal Carrier and he is interested in making a "Panzerjager Bren 731" (?)

This is not really in my realm of information or knowledge. Is this an actual vehicle? If so, is there any good sources for detailed photos to help a build project?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Don

The T16 was produced in the USA and has two sets of the double wheel roadwheels as opposed to the two wheels and single one in the pics above. It was used by the UK/Commonwealth forces but pics of it are rare in that service, and I've never seen it in German service because I think its introduction to the battlefield occurred too late and at a time when capturing an example and producing some sort of German conversion couldn't occur because of time constraints. Here's some more info:
