On June, 7th in the Voronezh region at Upper Mamon village from Don river has been hoisted KV-1 tank without turret. At the tank a right side are torn off. After restoration the tank will place in Kubinka.

No, it's definitely a Dingo. The Ferret has the driver positioned centrally in the hull, behind a sloped plate. This one has a vertical plate with the driver's (right, since it's a British vehicle) side vision port open.
