Surviving Panzers website
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I'll have a look for this one.

Matilda register published at :

There may be some mistakes in this register because I can't make the difference between a Matilda II, III or IV ..

Hello,

I don't intend to list the T-34-85 tanks for now, because they are too numerous.

Maybe you should to do list with T-34-85 only from war production?

I don't know how to recognize the war-time production T-34/85s. IS there a way to easily recognize them?

New material on the website :

A synthetic list of all the tanks listed in the PDF documents is now available in a .xls format (can be read by Excel or others spreadsheets applications). With this document, you can now easily download the full list (the file is not as big as the PDF docs), and sort the tanks by model, by location and by country (with filters). The document can be downloaded there. Any comment in order to improve the document is the most welcome.
(The Panzer big parts are not listed yet)

Hello,

I don't intend to list the T-34-85 tanks for now, because they are too numerous. And I think that I have near to all the T-34/76 that still exist.. anyway thanks for helping.
The T-34/76 that was in Gdansk Westerplatte was removed recently and it is now at Lubuskie Military Museum, Drzonów (Poland).

Preserved T-34s

To supplement this list as well as “Preserved Tanks in Russia by Trevor Larkum and James Kinnear, T-34-85s in Kiev, Zaporozhe, Rostov-on-Don, Kuybyshevo, Aksai, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Yakutsk, Kursk, Snegiri (is it still there?) or Khabarovsk spring to my mind as well as those numerous in Austria (partly ex Soviet, ex Austrian Army), at Wejherowo, Koszalin, 4 on plinths in Wroclaw, 2 in Drawsko Pomorskie, Slupsk, Pila, Czarnkow, Miroslawiec, Bydgoszcz, Lodz, all Poland, Bucharest, Rumania, or at the Dukla Pass in Slovakia.
T-34s (76-mm) were furthermore found in Volgograd, Perm (that with the welded-on 85mm barrel) (Russia) or in Bondarevka (Ukraine), then there are actually two T34s in Gdansk (at the Westerplatte and in Wrzeszcz), in Poland just to mention a few. With some digging numerous others will come up, but now I have to go celebrating.

S novym godom! Happy New Year! Frohes Neues Jahr! And all the best to all of you! God bless you!

Russian T-26 m1931, m1932, m1933, m1938, m1939, TT-26 tanks, OT-130 (Flamethrower) :

http://the.shadock.free.fr/Surviving_T26.pdf

Now all the WW2 tanks are listed, except the T-34/85 and the IS-3 (however I don't know if the IS-3 could be considered as a WW2 tank..).
The lists were also rearranged, so that I am able to list some unique tanks (T-35, T-46, SU-100Y) without having to do a special list for them.

In January will be published some PDF files listing British WW2 tanks..
