The Marmon Herrington looks as though it was designed by committee!

Being British, there's a good chance it was!
Probably two, one for the hull, another for the turret.

Beautiful pictures. Just for your records, the M114 is a very rare M114A2. Basically a M114 with a powered turret and 20mm M139 cannon.
