WWII Weekend in Orange, MA - Anyone?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

wwiiweekend.com/about/

Silvio - are you attending? Bring a video camera if you are - sounds cool!

Attending armor:

M5 Stuart Light Flamethrower Tank
M4 Sherman Medium Flamethrower Tank
M3 Armored Scout Car
M3 White Half-track (3)
Bren Universal carrier
Replica Tiger I (From Saving Private Ryan and HBO’s Band of Brothers)

Who owns the flamethrower tanks?

Damn. I am in Findley OH for the Armed Forces Day military show with our Lynx and one of our M901s. I was looking forward to WWII weekend also.

I believe it is George Debonis. He owns M5 Stuart "Nasty Girl", M4 Sherman "Bals", a halftack, scout car, and M8 Armored car I believe and more. He is always at Battle for the Airfield in Stow.

The Hetzer is either from Collings or a private collector in Maine.

I know Collings has a replica 251 and Bren UC, could be them.

Sorry guys!!

Silvio - any idea what other stuff will be at Findlay? I've visited the website and attendee details are hard to track down.

Thanks,
VB
