If I recall right, it was released about the same time as the update. However, like the updates you have to got to the websites & download the map pack. This map pack has the new maps mp_peaks and mp_streets...as well as uo updated maps mp_uo_carentan, mp_uo_dawnville, mp_uo_depot, mp_uo_harbor, mp_uo_hurtgen, mp_uo_powcamp. So, if you have these maps...then you got the download, if not get it at the link Ed posted.
