According to the article, a Hotchkiss H-35 tank without turret re-appeared on the coast, dredged thanks to the tide. It was discovered at Camiers, a town located between Boulogne-sur-Mer and Le Touquet (Pas-de-Calais, Northern France, near Belgium).
This tank could be a remain of the Dunkerque gap fightings, which happened in May-June 1940. The fact that it doesn't have any turret could be explained because the turret has been used on a fixed bunker, as a defensive position, but this is unconfirmed.
The town of Camiers is willing to recover the tank and maybe to place it as a monument, it is the 9th Hotchkiss H-39 tank still lsurviving today.
