Rear deck of an M4A3(105)
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Rear deck of an M4A3(105)

Hello,

I'm looking for a good photo of the rear deck of an M4A3 105mm (VVSS or HVSS). I would like the angle to be similar to that photo, because it shows fittings particular to 105mm tanks on the rear deck :

the photo will be used in this page, that describes the 105mm production variants (the page is still under construction) :

thanks

Paul and Lorén,

that's exactly what I am looking for. Now you see how useful it is to photograph a tank from several angles Wink

P-O - these photos are perhaps not as clear as Vagabond's excellent ones, but you're welcome to use them if they're useful:
