Need to identify a tank (Russian?) and a gearbox (Panzer I?)

Hello,

Could you please help me to identify this tank and this gearbox?

Tank (seems to be a Russian one) at Zaslav Stalin Line Museum

Gearbox, said to be German, maybe Panzer I (but the gearboxes from Pz I Ausf. A and Ausf. B I've seen on some photos don't correspond to this one, maybe it comes from a late VK 1801..??) :

Both vehicles (left a movie mod obviously) were built on AT-P arty tractor chassis. This arty tractor is of Soviet origin... In former Czechoslovakia there was an attempt to mount recoiless rifle vz.59 on the same chassis - project vehicle is currently in Lesany museum.
