Post subject: Sunday September 28th Flight

Last Sunday we had good fun with our Warbirds overflying the beautiful scenery north and east of Seattle, Washington.

So for this Sunday I tried to stay in that mountain area and try to fly low and slow as much as possible. And we will see that it will not be possible on each and every leg...

You could, of course, climb to 10k, plug in the autopilot and enjoy the scenery from above, but the flight is designed to stay low and climb only if necessary.

I did the flight in my A2A Cherokee and that worked well, so a similar GA Bird will do.

See you all Sunday

One little remark: I tried to use as many waypoints as possible to describe the desired flight path, but it is almost impossible to place the turnpoints accurately enough. Therefore you should have a good lookout to find the best point to make the turn without hitting a mountain....
