Patches & Insignia (official or Unofficial)
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Are we talking about a thread or dedicated DG to patches, crests and insignia's. If so, I bet it would become large quickly and would be a great place for research and jusr to browse in general.

I believe its so the 'wingie thingie' Rolling Eyes guys can dig on stuff the earth pigs do.

(wow, I wonder how that patch got soooo dirty?? Shocked He really needs to find a better dry cleaner...) Laughing

Yep, a thread for patches & Insignia's is a great idea and I always did wonder how dirt got on a uniform...:wink: (kidding of course :D)
