Nice, strangely I was in Oshawa over the New Year and visited the museum of the Ontario Regiment which has lots of afvs, most operational, including my favourite Abbot, but I missed this. www.ontrmuseum.ca/ Tim,

Travel lock? Only if moving in a none tactical area.

Look a bit lower. Someone who doesn't know why something is mounted the way it should be tried to use comman sense and did it backwards.
