BTW, to date, it seems as if Vista is going to roll in at around 2 GB, so it's BIG!!

You may have heard it's old M$ development code-name "Longhorn". Vista is the name they intend marketing it under. It's the next version of Windows. It comes in 32bit and 64 bit environments and will enable you to successfully talk your wife into allowing you to buy a whole load of new toys for your p.c.
Wait until you find out the cpu / RAM / Graphic card requirements!
