-S- looking to put togeather a new system in the near future, looking for opinions on 1) the best, and fastest, optical drive.. 2) the best water cooling system, say for a AMD FX-60 cpu any ideas..?????? Hammer

you may want to get a middle-range video card until vista comes out. Then you could get a new top-of-the-line DX 10 card. _________________

If you're considering Vista, bear in mind that many of it's requirements will completely upgrade the hardware from todays standards necessary to run properly, not just the g-card.
THIS is just what M$ are saying you'll need. I found I needed at least twice their 'recommended' spec to run XP and reckon it will be the same with Vista running other applications on it.
