ID Help Needed/more from the Ordnance Museum inactive files
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Like I said, not necessarily all were scrapped, but most certainly were. I have a few pictures of items from the inactive files that do still exist - the T5 Phase I at Knox, the Wirbelwind at Rendsburg, and others. Its possible some of the above may also exist in some museum, or less likely behind the fence at APG...

"Sorry for the softskin - I have this down as a "PKW 2" Type 40 Heavy Uniform Personnel Vehicle?"

Looks like a Horch (or other manufacturer) 4x4 Schwere Gelände Einheits Personen Kraftwagen. Not sure of the actual SdKfz designation.

"Another softskin - Daimler-Benz 170 Light Personnel Carrier?"

Looks like a Stoewer (or another manufacturer) Leichte Gelände Einheits Personen Kraftwagen

I think the P107 is taller and somewhat different looking.
