- DontosThe hopes are to display a completed vehicle, cosmetically restored, 'soon'. A first ever for the museum. This vehicle has not been as complete since it was captured in 1944/45.'Stay tuned'Don
Fishermen's bend, vic. 1942-07. A german patrol and reconnaissance scout car, captured by a.i.f. troops in libya, and brought to australia for inspection by armament experts. The driver is fully protected by armour-plating and only the hands of the observers pretrude above the turret. Heavy soil springs at front and rear ensure a reasonably comfortable ride for the crew.
- Garry_RedmonAn area for Don's 223 restoration project has been added to the Armor for the Ages web site at www.armorfortheages.co...ctPage.htm
Don, are you considered the project leader?
