#1: Where did the Pressed Steel Car Company make their tanks? Author: supertsar, Posted: Wed Jan 27, 2010 4:25 pm ---- I know their plant in Chicago (Hegewisch) produced them. But did they have any other plant(s)/location(s) that prodcued AFVs during WWII? Could the Chicago plant have made them all?

Just did a quick sanity check on the numbers for the M4A1(76)W where they built 3426 from Jan 44' - June 45.. that would be about
190 a month or
43 a week
or 8.7 a day (with a 5 day work week)
