Winter is fast approaching and along with it comes long nights and ever shorter days. As a time hononred tradition folks like me and you will end up spending more time in front of our PC Screens in search for a fulfilling entertainment option.
That being said:
I am looking for 4 bright individuals!
I envision the Dirty Dozen Gaming Group being formed around the following squadron types (this is subject to change based on the input of the successful applicants):
1 Fighter Squadron - 10-12 pilots + leader (2-3 flights of 4)
Primary functions - Provide cover for the assault and tactical bombing squads in mission and also form a flying display team.
1 Assault Squadron - 10-12 pilots + leader (2-3 flights of 4)
Primary functions - Ground attack with the goal of destroying targets and support ground troops.
1 Tactical Bomber Squadron - 10-12 pilots + leader (2-3 flights of 4)
Primary functions - High Altitude bombing (using the built in optics of the designated aircraft.)
In order to properly insure this outcome, the following positions are available:
1 Commanding Officer - Tasked to lead 3 squadron leaders 3 Squadron Leaders - Tasked to coordinate training and leading individual squads in battle.
Applicants must demonstrate a modicum of flying skills, understanding of energy management, tactical vision and weapons knowledge.
The successful applicants will have the following:
The squad leaders will have the freedom and responsability of selecting their own pilots forming their squad and promote their own flight leaders. The squad leaders will also have the freedom to "name" their squads. The wing leaders will be responsible of naming their flights and integrating withing the ranks of the Dirty Dozen.
Dirty Dozen Gaming Group will provide the following
- 2 Hyperlobby dedicated servers with live stats tracking + any number of un-tracked servers (infinitely configurable)
- 1 TS3 server with 512 licenses
- 1 Forum (infinitely configurable)with subcategories for each squad if so desired.
- Individually personalized "dirtydozen.net" email accounts
- private file sharing systems
- Professional custom skinning and mission design support
- Support with setting up and configuring your own squadron dedicated server if so desired on the groups Quad HT Xeon HP ML570 Gen2 server.
I will also personally render my support with regards to technical support, web presence, statistical reports, ACM and tactics training
