Maybe the vehicles are from Moscow Mosfilm, second guess is Kubinka.

I'm curies from where they have 8 running SU-100 ?

It's a pity the helicopters showed up in that one video just as the commentator was inquiring about how generally complete and functional the many WWII era tracked vehicles are. If I recognized the voice correctly, the fellow responding was Oleg Kalugin, who should know. We never heard the answer.
