It looks like 'someone' needs a little drivers refreasher training. The 'ding' on the rear fender looks fresh.....
I'm basically clueless on ID features other than BMP specific.

Driver owns the front fenders, TC owns the rear fenders.

okay, I'm still missing it in my private register
Not the NLD AFV register
However, that make's me wonder about vehicle's at shooting range's
They are still "in use", sort of .....
