My records say: Armstrong-Whitworth on FIAT chassis (Fiat/1915). It might also be a Russian built Izhorsky factory Fiat/1916 ... not my area of expertise. They are similar but not exact duplicates.

Its an Izhorskij-Fiat M1915 - they appear to have been modernised in the mid-1930s with a new unidentified chassis.

Its not the only one - I know of at least two more.
