Greetings flyers.

I'm a longtime CFS and IL2 pilot - some of you may remeber me from the old MS CFS servers which closed some years ago.

I have IL2 1946 installed and I'm about to update it to 4.09 - can't wait...!

What was your CFS callsign? I don't recognise 'magicdogfighter'.
I spent some time in CFS on the Zone, back in the day.
Still the best combat flight sim', to my mind.
Certainly the funnest, with the friendliest community.

I have IL2 1946 installed and I'm about to update it to 4.09 - can't wait...!

Nice to see another new member.

Make sure you follow the patching instructions for IL-2 1946 and use the v4.08m patch first.

IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Patching Order:
Download and patch in the following order.

CD/DVD Rom: v4.07m
Patch 1: IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Patch v4.08m
Patch 2: IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Patch v4.09m
Patch 3: IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Skins Patch v4.09m
Once the patches above have been installed your installation is current.

*The downloads are zip files and must be unzipped before you can use them.
