When google translates the first link it says » Photo from the album " The exhibition of military equipment in the park Odori in Chita, May 2010.

Looking at the ''plinth'' etc it is on it is the same tank as in the first post. So unfortunately still three IS-4s

They repainted the tanks gave them new tactic numbers and placed a new exhibit - OT-26.

But that must be the 4th IS-4, looking at the photo in can be even in working condition

I've seen only one.
It is been repainted periodically.

Kuril Islands.

Edit, 2 different turrets? The bottom one looks more like an IS3 from the shot below, taken from the same series, I believe, with Russia's "President" Medvedev getting some seaside air (Putin, would be shirtless, of course!)
