Great photos Massimo!

Nice use of varied techniques to get the shots! Must have been challenging, but well done!

Cheers,

Sinsheim is quite a challenging place. In fact I wasn't happy about the results I've got over there in 2009. I took that as a good excuse to visit it again Smile

Indoor lights are different depending on the area and make proper white-balance difficult. The display are very busy and it's hard to frame shots well. Some very cool and pretty unique vehicles are hidden behind other things (see SdKfz 6's picture, same for the Hummel).

One positive thing is that you get some opportunities to shoot from above, I used either a 24-105 or 70-200 for that.
Finally, I used a Canon G12 compact with the "pole" technique too, like here:

The "pole" somewhat mitigate the problems caused by busy display.

I have quite a bunch of Pz IV pictures, but I have to turn RAW into JPG.
Sinsheim's Pz IV isn't in great shape. Do you have any specific need?

Massimo

Always looking for any interior photos :).

The December 2011 issue of 'Military Machines International' magazine features an article on the Tempo 1200 from the Crompton Collection.
