Looks like its s/n is 36:



This tank was used by the germans in the Channel Islands and fund in Jersey in 1945 (info from the Museum)

The crosses are probably personal tributes laid on Nov 11th, Remembrance Sunday in the UK, to honour fallen comrades in all conflicts. These may not be related to the individual tank but more likely to comrades from a Regiment that the tank has been painted to represent or who fought in a similar vehicle.


That would make sense.
