Anyone knows were this storage facility is exactly located (besides south of Kiryat Gat...)

It's a pretty low resolution area, but take a look at:
31.635121 34.743533
and see what you think. Looks like a pretty likely spot. There's a test track there and some ammo igloos.
Looks like another parking area just to the North West:
