What is the type and manufacturer of this gun?

My first feeling is it could be a soviet 76 mm regimental gun M1943.
But I would expect it to have tube/rounded trails.

Dear Colleagues,
photography represent a 76mm mountain gun produced in Yugoslavia as the M48, or Romania as the M82. Soviet 76mm M1943 arm has a circular cross-section and Yugoslavian mountain gun that had a square shoulders. In the middle of length with hinge for overturn.

I suppose it is a Yugoslavian M48, according to the arrangement of the shield.

I saw a 76 mm B-1 1948 in Belgrade a few days ago, I think Jiri is correct
