I think it's an AAC (American Armament Corp) 37mm auto cannon from the early 30s. This was a fairly poor weapon with low rate of fire and low muzzle velocity. The ergonomics of the gun were truly awful. Some were sold to Poland and the NEI (Dutch East Indies). The image of an AAC is one mounted on a Dutch landing craft.
