Sorry, no idea what that one is. First time I think I have seen that buggy.

According to Hunnicutt, these are Teledyne Continental Motors' FAV candidate vehicles. They were evaluated back in 1982 by the 9th ID at Fort Lewis as part of a program to test equipment suitable for light divisions.
It was also mentioned in passing here.

Roy There is the green/ camo one pictured, partially covered with a tarp. and the other, sand colored one in several other photos.
