Hello all. I'm posting photos tomorrow on brick6757 flickr sight of both of the items in the heading. I spent the day in Danville, Va taking photos and trying out my Tokina lens. I also photographed the M3A1 light tank in Crewe, VA on the way home today. It's marked "Non Combat" on both sides and in front of a very small VFW in Crewe. It was 8 hours of driving back today, so obviously I'm tired, photos Sunday. Rick.

3 More photos from Danville, VA. I noticed at least 6 items for sale, but since not buying not sure of prices! M3 halftrack (in pieces) M75 APC, Truck, etc. If anyone interested, I suggest contacting Museum.

Nice shots, thanks. I'm in Danville a couple of times a year for the racetrack, but have only made it to the tank museum once. Sad

Didn't know they had a racetrack (then I live down from Dover, DE been by the track, but don't watch races!) glad you liked photos. Here's a few more. Rick

The road course is a bit south of the town of Danville; Virginia International Raceway is the name. Lots of clubs (e.g., BMW, Audi, Porsche Clubs, and various driving clubs) use the track for high-performance driving schools. ALMS and Gand Am have raced there as well, and Car and Driver uses one of its configurations for its annual Lightning Lap. Unfortunately, the driving schools leave little time for checking out the museum during business hours. Sad

Here's yours truly from last month during an Audi Club event:

Chris, That's ashamed that they don't give You time to hit the Museum! Nice car though! Rick

PS: P-O (and all) Check out brick6757 site to see LVT and other VA uploads. More coming later.
