CFS3 ain't dead yet, the mighty JG300 just had a little scrap with the FBEJv boys from Brazil...and I'm mighty proud to say that JG300-fr8ycat and JG300-Chili done real good and now have a match (or at least, a squad game of which an entire match will be made up of) under their belts!

The Fightin' Wild Sau's ain't afraid of the odds and we even graciously accepted to duke it out in an uneven match (4 on 3). Mighty proud to be sharing skies with swines like these who are competent, professional and polite KILLERS!

SUUUUUUUWEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep this here's how ya do it...Chili drags a coupla flies for fr8ycat to pound on.....

We gotta talk to 'em about squad match etiquette, bringin' a bomber into the fight to snipe away at us while we're dogfightin' aint really kosher. But once again, when out of ammo, you do what ya gotta do to save your buddies, a BMW radial engine through the fuse works better than a whole lotta MK108 rounds! Laughing

HORRIDO to fr8ycat and Chili, and S! (and more of the above) to FBEJv!

Flying with them earlier they brought in 3 of them thiings. They did forget to turn off unlimited ammo, so it backfired as those 30mm rounds from my 190 ripped them to pieces from a safe distance. Have to agree on the bombers in a squad match, not too kosher, but it all endd up for the best!

Great job guys, sorry I wasn't able to make it tonight, posted in the other forum.

Dan - I was saving him at least one truffle - just don't ask where the others went! Mr. Green

Had an actual good lunch break today so I jumped right into CFS3 for a quick 30 minutes.

Below are 3 quick examples of why you don't bring a bomber to a dogfight:

This went on for awhile mind you with Spits pecking every chance they got, but in the end I had to leave before the game was through:

First couple of times he was in a P-51, handled it quite well - then came the B25J - not so good without some skilled escorts if at all to chance it. He kept wanting to head out in the boonies to square off, so I kindly obliged, congradulated him on his kills, thanked him for hosting and gave a ~S~. Kept it professional, light hearted and didn't give in to the taunts. But what a good time.

Figured this would brighten someone's day.

Excellent!

There's no finer feeling than accomodating someone in a dogfight, and even putting up with their taunts while you just smile slowly and let the rounds do the talking. Walkin' softly and carryin' the big stick......way to go Hunt!

Perfect...and highly respectable.

P.S. Room title "enter and die".....I love seeing things like that. Sometimes on the way out you wanna stop and suggest to 'em that they be more specific about WHO next time

No kidding! I actually kept my distance as I think he was letting his autogunners do all the work - Just stayed back, and since he wanted unlimited ammo, I accomodated nicely. Those deaths were from the spit pests picking at me here and there while I was accomodating the "dogfight", heh heh heh.

He actually was a rather good sport about it, just kept asking for more!
