I have a positive identification of vehicle in question as BTS-4A (Armoured Tractor - Armoured Recovery Vehicle) equipped permanently with anchor spade and fitted for deep fording: forum.valka.cz/viewtop...lo/t/89916 (Click Union Jack to have page translated) First vehicles (BTS-4) built on T-44 chassis, then (BTS-4A) on T-54 chassis. Could be fitted with TBU-55 dozer blade...
