Nigerian museum items
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Is it known what kind of projectile the "Ogbunigwe" launcher actually launched? Something improvised or more familiar to us as something else.

That's quite the recoil system. Presumably the range was quite limited.

I think that it is an Eland armoured car, based on the French Panhard AML-90.

It looks like a reincarnation of that WW1 favourite the "Trench Mortar".

Definitely T16, looks like an ex-Swiss example with raised sides. Battle damage in rear right hand corner?

The T-16 based vehicle may have been used in during the Biafrian conflict. There was an article in the Aberdeen Proving Ground's Journal of Military Ordinance (the publication of the Ordinance Museum that appeared in the early to mid 1990s). The vehicles were bought by the rebel government as scrap from Europe and the like. May be worth seeking out that article for more info. Regards, MK
