Veterans Memorial Park - Merritt Island, FL - M41A3 & M113
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Veterans Memorial Park - Merritt Island, FL - M41A3 & M113
Hi All,

We’ve added a gallery of photos of M41A3 SN 3005, Painted RN 20971258 and M113 - Partial SN 850, Painted RN 12A70069 on display at the Veterans Memorial Center & Park on Merritt Island, FL. It’s a very nice memorial that also has an AH-1 and UH-1 on display with an A-7 Corsair II soon to be added.

I think the M113 was not listed in the registry for FL.

The latest rubber band tracks and associated sprockets is not what one would expect to find on a display vehicle. Very interesting, thanks Paul.
