M3A1 in Colombia
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: M3A1 in Colombia
This one's been repainted since the pics you see over at the fsu/mailer website. Time didn't permit getting closer or trying to arrange a visit to inspect for serial number or anything and it didn't seem like something you want to rush with the fellows at the gate.

Bogota and Medellin are very nice cities, even if they seem like they're having a bomb-sniffing dog convention in town...which is probably justified.
An entertaining moment was having a murder scene televised on the front steps of my hotel. Shocked
