~S~ All,

In the Virtual World of Sim Flying, we come in contact with many people, many of whom become friends and commrades. Many of these friends, we never get to meet in person, yet develop bonds in this Virtual make-believe world of ours that occupies our time with fun and fantasy. Even though a great deal of time revolves around 'playing the game', we sometimes loose site that there are real people with real lives that we are interacting with. As we get to know our commrades in flight, their various personalities and quirks, we are sometimes privledged to learn of the real life situations and feelings that they experience. This message concerns one such man.

A couple days ago, the Sim World suffered a great loss with the passing of Peter Schick, also known to many of us as KrazyKat (or Kat). A Philadelphia resident, Kat flew in squads and was a member of Joint-Ops, mostly in Combat Flight Simulator. Although Kat was a senior by age, he exhibited his youth in his flying and game play. He suffered and battled cancer for quite some time, still getting online and flying when he was able and never complaining. Kat was an outstanding Bomber Pilot and passed his knowledge and experiences on to many others. He was also one of the most patriotic men I knew.

We will miss KrazyKat but we will never forget him. Soar with the Eagles my friend. Go with God and fly amongst the heavens like never before..............~!S!~
