fs 2004 Around the World Sunday flight

Saturday, February 25, 2006 (00:45:38)
Hard feat this week, passing close to the Fuji San without crashing against it - well, the route has been planned so that you get quite near to the top of the chimney, but you're not requested to let yourselves drop into it Wink

fs 2004 Sunday Flight feb 19th

Saturday, February 18, 2006 (17:36:26)
I hope that, as we proceed southwards, we'll leave behind the snow covered landscapes we got so used to see lately - spring is getting closer, and I have enough of feeling cold.
Nevertheless, I expect to see the white top of Mount Fuji waiting for us when we'll land at Tokyo... here we come, Mr Fuji! Mr. Green

Sunday FS2004 flight for Sept. 11th.

Sunday, September 11, 2005 (12:14:10)
I'm sure this time there will be less problems in our approach to destination, as the flight plan has been assembled by Fled, with plenty of nav-aids and a correct orientation to landing runway... but I thought to make things a bit complicated anyway, so we'll take off in the dark

The route chosen by our ATC promises to be very interesting, as we're going to leave Colorado, to pass across Wyoming (anybody still looking for gold there?), to end our travel at Idaho Falls: a lot of natural beauties to take pics of... hey, I'm talking about the landscape! Razz

#38 KASE – Aspen-Pitkin Co/Sardy (Colorado – USA) -> KIDA - Idaho Falls Regl. (Idaho – USA)
Overall distance: 384,9 nm.
Estimated time: 1:37 h.

FS2004 Flight for Sunday, Sept 4th.

Saturday, September 03, 2005 (16:35:59)
I hope you have a pair of skis, or a sled, and skill enough to use them, 'cause we've been invited to spend next Sunday at Aspen... ouch, forgot it's not the right season, DOH!

Well, I guess there will be something interesting anyway

To go there, we need a plane faster than the Beech, and with a higher service ceiling (check the airport elevation), so I thought switching back the old good Constellation might have been nice, but beware: runway at destination is not exactly all that long Razz

#37 KABQ – Albuquerque Intl. Sunport (New Mexico – USA) -> KASE – Aspen-Pitkin Co/Sardy (Colorado – USA)
Overall distance: 324,3 nm.
Estimated time: 1:20 h.

FS2004 Flight for Sunday, Aug 28th.

Thursday, August 25, 2005 (11:50:01)
Crossing the whole New Mexico, something tells me this time we're going to meet John Wayne somewhere down there, between Chisum and Albuquerque Cool

#36 KHOB - Hobbs / Lea Co Regl (New Mexico – USA) – KABQ – Albuquerque Intl. Sunport
Overall distance: 258,2 nm.
Estimated time: 1:26 h.
