Make your game run like it's suppost to ... Read the full post @ www.nvnews.net/vbullet...hp?t=59144

Basically , you download the file at the bottom , Unzip and add both to you Call of Duty 2 Main folder ( C:\path\to\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\ ) Start up your all of Duty 2 Multiplayer and pull down your consol ( press the button under your Esc key ( think it's called tild ? ) Type in the command " exec autoexec.cfg ) and enjoy ... there is alot more you can do , but i havnt tested it all out as of yet.

Yupper Bushy ,

I run CoD2 @ 1152x768 Mximum Detail 4xAA Dx7 (Dx9 still screwy for me ) I went from 90-100 FPS all the way up to 150-200+ FPS. Still messing around with some other setting's but just by putting the 2 files in the Call of duty2/main folder you will notice a 10%+ increase in FPS.

With the above tweak's and the duelcore patch , my CoD2 running @ 1152x768 Mximum Detail 4xAA Dx7 (Dx9 still screwy for me ) I went from 150-200 FPS to a steady 250 FPS ... This is definitly worth the 2 minutes it takes to do.
