FYI,
This is an LVT(A)5 "modified" (rather than a standard WWII LVT(A)5), like the one now at Camp Pendleton
www.primeportal.net/ap...lio/lvta5/

The bow is very different from the standard straight now WWII LVT(A)5.

According to Hunnicutt, all LVT(A)5s were brought up to this standard post-war. There may also be a standard LVT(A)5 at Pendleton...

They are two different Fox vehicles. I don't know which one is the prototype.

It's not really a good time for me to ask questions about what vehicle is what as the MVTF is kinda busy right now. I'll be updating with new pics as time permits. I'll be up there alot during the next few weeks but I'm also trying to finish one of my books during the next 10 days so I maybe even slower at posting new pics than normal.
