Post subject: Old hardware laying around ?

Hello all,
It seems 2 of my members dont have a comptuer good enuf to handle IL2 Pacfic Fighters. I thought I would ask here before looking at prices elsewhere. What they need is :

CPU's Intel
Ram PC100 or PC133
And possibly vid cards

I will update this with the socket and FSB info as soon as I get home.

just looking at this post for first time maddog,,,,,,,,I have my older hardware sitting here in a box and I never played IL2 on it but played CFS3, FS9 and counter-strike on it until I decided I wanted more,,,,,,what I have here is a...

1.6 gig pent 4 processor still on its original motherboard,,,heatsink is fine as fan or chip was never removed,,,,,it has 3 pci slots and an AGP slot,,,I dont know where to look to see what kind of motherboard it is but I bought the system from future shop,,,,,in the center of the board beside the processor there is a wird silve chip lookin' thing that says ,,"GIGABYTE",,,,dunno what that is or if it helps but anyways....,,,I have the original case this board came in and the power supply and a geforce 2 mx400 64 meg 256 bit AGP graphics card that I would pretty much throw in for free as its only worth about 30 bucks now,,,,,about 2 months ago my puter tech told me that motherboard and cpu was worth about 300 bucks as is,,,,,I would sell the whole lot for about 200 CDN if your guys might be interested,,,shipping would be calculated to the exact dollar.....if this is good enough stuff for them lets talk,,,,,hope it is anyways,,,,,,

Hey MD...as we have spoken recently I don't have much in the way of old puter parts as my old machines get snapped up by family members the second I disconnect them...but I do have a good Maxtor 30 gig hard drive available for a good cause and I have already mailed via air mail the ram we talked about. Hope this helps and I will keep my eye's open for more stuff.
