I'd DIG checking out this remote hard-to-find airfield you're talking about......so would some others I'm sure.

I think a lot of the potential fun with FS Recorder is the sharing of flight recordings, and we've only done that once to my knowledge here, I'd enjoy seeing that utilized more often.

Feel free to drop in to Vistaoz forums and you'll find a pinned topic in the screenshot forum called Tony's Place Visitors Book.

You will need to have the latest version of Vista Oz sceneries loaded to see the airstrip.

You will also see a thread called "Follow Me To Tony's Shack" which contains a link to the Recorder file I made.

I'd be happy to make a Recorder flight through some nice parts of Oz if anyone is interested, they can follow me and see the scenery. Of course you will also need Vista Oz to see what I'm seeing.

That's the Wings of Power P51. They did a pretty reasonable job on that one. Warwick Carter's latest P51 is a pretty close match and it's free.

I got Warwick Carter's p-51 from one of the developers and indeed it's very good. Where can I get his latest, do you know??? PLEASE
I've just come back from FSX, My puter couldn't handle it and I went crazy with the sliders and settings. Found myself playing more with these that doing actual flying; So it got to my nerves. Soon I hope I'll be able to buy a better puter and I'll see FSX again...Thanks for yoour reply

I think I got it from Avsim.

The file you're looking for is:

p51dver2.zip

Smile gajinoz: Thanks for the file. This file is also Warwick Carters P-51D
Perhaps you made a mistake in identifying the file name. None of Warwicks P-51 have silver wings or the ident. numbers, paints that are in the one in your screenshots. Could be you have "Wings of Power"???
Or your G.C. is a super dooper one. I've tried changing displays on the aircraft menu reflection and all that and i still don't get near...

No no, as I said in a previous post, the P51 in my picture IS the WoP P51.

I just mentioned the Warwick Carter one as a good free alternative to the WoP one.
